What is LGBTQIA+ Affirmative Therapy?

LGBTQIA+ and Gender Affirming Therapy is a safe, supportive, compassionate, and accepting space for you to explore who you are on every level and be able to bring your whole self into the space.

Affirmative Therapy is defined as the acknowledgment and acceptance of the person’s sexual orientation and identity, working toward developing a better sense of self, building authenticity, and strengthening one’s voice.

We want to create a space where you can be honest and embrace all your identities and intersectional aspects that make you unique.
